I found this book to be extremely powerful in the story it tells about personal transformation.
The author has clearly been through the depths and conquered them to come out the other side.
Not only that, but he has learned the lessons and taken the challenging step of converting that into a well articulated written work in service of the reader.
I’d have no difficulty recommending this to others, especially those looking for profound personal transformation and coming back from rock bottom.
